Our principal activity is the provision
of written material in numerous languages, translated from
English originals, and supplied in electronic or hard copy
formats to be used in printed publications, tourist brochures,
instruction manuals, web sites and other related media.
The business has been in operation since
1996; taking on Limited Company classification in August
2005.
The business currently provides translation
services to over 200 customers in more than fifteen countries,
as well as providing consultations and general cultural
advice to companies looking to break into overseas markets.
In terms of marketing, the company has
been traditionally reactive in nature, but aims to embark
on more proactive campaigns in 2007, as we look to develop
and exploit other revenue streams where translated material
is crucial in providing a competitive advantage. This sees
the company expand to offer printing and multilingual web
site design.
Our target market is made up of numerous
small and medium sized companies (SME) as well as larger
corporations. We do also have some personal translation
requests from individuals, but we do not actively market
a personal service, preferring to concentrate on the business-to-business
(B2B) sector.
Identified strengths have shown to be our
attention to detail and the knowledge and experience of
the main Director in dealing with translation projects.
Furthermore, being a small business allows us to keep costs
to a minimum and adapt quickly to customer requests.
There are opportunities for the company
to push more into the Russian and Asian language markets
as trade barriers are removed.
Our principal mission statement: We are
dedicated to helping our customers thrive in a changing
world by becoming the leader in delivering high quality
multilingual communication solutions.
